Has anyone else had trouble getting money back from them? I have requested money to be transfered back to England and they still haven't done it - 4 weeks later! I have been emailing them as it is impossible to get through on their advertised phone number which is constantly engaged. Every time I have spoke to them, when they eventually phone me, they promise it is being sent that day and it never arrives.
